  Shipping Policy

  All of the products are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as mentioned and our domestic shipping charges are flat ₹150 (0.5kg–2kg) and flat ₹649 (5kg–10kg). Free Shipping may be available for local area deliveries, depending on the weight of the courier and during offers/coupons running at any given time.

  It takes us 5 to 7 working days to process your order and 5 to 7 working days for it to reach you. However, weather conditions and festival season may affect the delivery time.

  Our made to order pieces take about 15 to 20 days to reach you since they are customised for you.

  It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the product. We take no responsibility for goods received and / or signed by an alternate person.

  BACK ORDER

  For any product ordered on a back order, also known as pre-order, we will take at least 15-20 working days to make the final piece before we ship it. However it will reach you within 7-10 working days after we ship it subject to weather condition.

  In case you need the piece earlier you can drop us an email with the subject BACK ORDER and we will get back to you.

  INTERNATIONAL

  For international orders, you can request the cost of shipping, mentioning the product you wish to purchase and your delivery address. Please write to us at Sales@devibykhushi.com

  If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write to us within 24 hours of delivery at Sales@devibykhushi.com

  
  

  . Please mention the SUBJECT as REPLACEMENT and mention your Order Number. Also please include a description and photos of the defect. Please ensure that the product to be exchanged is in its packaging with all original tags intact in order for us to be able to process the exchange. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a rectified product or a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchases

  
  

  If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pickup from the address of delivery and send you a fresh piece in different size within 15-20 working days. This comes true, if and only if, Devi by Khushi has sent a wrong/different size from the one mentioned in the order.

  However, our pieces of clothing are printed ,Dyes and customised and can never be 100% an exact replica of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in picture on our website or any other portal.
